Qualities you'll need:
- Great with clients by ensuring quality led care provision
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate in a team
- Exceptional knowledge of CQC Guidelines
- Previous experience working as a Care Manager
- Quality driven and customer focussed
Required:
- Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management Award
- Ideally have previous care management experience or someone in a Deputy Manager role, looking for their next step
- Ideally you will have a driving license and your own transport
The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; we envisage this will be in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 incl. great beenfits. There is also some great career progression for the right candidate.
