Customer Service Agent

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service to join a dynamic team on a major project for a large UK bank You will be assisting customers and financial advisers with their queries and updates regarding an existing pension, life insurance, or investment product.

As Customer Service Agent you will be required to work 40 hrs per week between the operational hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts will be decided in advance.

This is a great opportunity to develop in the financial services sector, and further your experience with life, pensions, and savings products.

What you'll be doing as Customer Service Agent:

  • Managing inbound calls from customers and financial advisors to discuss any question or queries they may have relating to their financial product.

  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries and responding to escalated customer requests in accordance with agreed procedures.

  • Building rapport with customers to provide quality experiences.

  • Tracking and documenting action taken in a timely and correct manner to provide a record of activity and meet audit and compliance requirements.

  • Work to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times.

What we're looking for a Customer Service Agent with:

  • Good experience working in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management.
  • Proactive and motivated to resolve queries first time and exceed service expectations.
  • Interested in learning and development in Investments and pensions.
