Are you a psychology graduate in the search of an opportunity to gain experience of supporting and assisting SEN students across all aspects of the syllabus to aid in a nurturing future career?

  • **Unique opportunity for a psychology graduate to work closely with remarkable SEN students.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in psychology, or a related field.
  • Some knowledge of additional learning needs and how these can be facilitated.
  • Clear and confident communication style.
  • Passion for the education and wellbeing of SEN students.
  • Commitment to upholding safeguarding processes.
  • Previous experience of working with students, or in a school setting, is beneficial but not essential.

The Role

In your SEN Academic Coach role, you will be responsible for providing 1-2-1 and small group support to children with additional learning needs, in order to raise achievement levels across all aspects of the curriculum. You will build good relationships with students and work in close collaboration with teaching staff to help under-achieving students reach their full potential as they approach their GCSE examinations.
