Working in East Grinstead as part of a supportive team, and earning up to£24,425 pa, you'll assist and support service users in their home and local community. Role includes:
Supporting service users in their care plan, as well as with everyday domestic activities and leisure, fitness, learning and employment activities.
Encouraging and supporting service users to learn and develop new skills and to nurture positive relationships.
Completing service user support notes at the end of each shift.
Your skills:
You'll have experience in Residential Service, Support Living Service or Community role as support staff.
You'll be calm, positive, sensitive and empathetic to individual needs.
You'll be a great communicator and work to establish positive relationships with service users, their families and other healthcare professionals.
Due to the location and transport links you will need to have a full UK driving license and access to a car.
