We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Business Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our school.
Job Description:
As the School Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the school. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the school's budget and financial planning
- Overseeing payroll, procurement, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Managing school facilities and resources
- Leading and managing the administrative support team
- Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders
- Supporting the Headteacher and senior leadership team with strategic planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is mandatory
