One of London's Most Established Financial Services Institutions is looking for a Workforce Delivery Manager / Workforce Project Manager to assist their IT department with transforming from a legacy, waterfall operating model to agile ways of working.
Key Requirements:
- A good understanding of Technology and how this translates to Operational Design, Talent and Job Descriptions.
- Experience of managing, complex, multinational, multi-team, agile, at-scale Developments in a challenging environment.
- Experience partnering with HR
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- An ability to act as a Project/ Delivery Manager for all Workforce activities aligned to HR.
