Temporary Billings Administrator

Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Temporary Billing Administrator on a short-term contract. The head office is based in central London and operate on a hybrid working pattern.

The Temporary Billing Administrator's main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for managing a high volume of sales invoices with a range of customers.
  • Using manual and electronic billing to make sure bills are raised in line with Service Agreements.
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful Temporary Billing Administrator must have:

  • Substantial experience working in a high volume billings role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Sage 50 systems, and experience demonstrating these day-to-day.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
