Highways Engineer / Surveyor

- This role plays a vital part in supporting construction and maintenance projects within our highways network.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Highways Engineer / Surveyor, your work will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered safely, accurately, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation
- Surveying and levelling of construction sites
- Accurately setting out project locations using plans, drawings, and BIM data
- Mapping structural boundaries and contributing to buildability reviews
- Communicating regularly with project teams and stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in site surveying and highway construction
- HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience using Leica Total Stations (desirable)
- Operational health and safety experience or qualifications (desirable)
