- Senior Project Manager - Buildings
- Hybrid – 3 days Bolton / 2 days WFH
- Duration: 9 months
- Rate: £400 - £450 p/d (Outside IR35)
Our client are an engineering consultancy that specialise in projects across the buildings sector. They currently require the services of a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a town centre regeneration plan.
The projects will include refurbishments of council buildings, therefore the right candidate must have public sector buildings experience.
Duties will involve: Project management and delivery of various building improvement works, providing high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification
- Experience of public sector building projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience of preparing detailed briefs, and identifying project requirements across the programme of works.
- Experience of Initial launch and engagement meetings with key internal and external project managers/officers.
- Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
