Senior Social Media Executive

to join their Brand & Marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing this role is perfect for someone who can bring creativity, innovative ideas, and enthusiasm to their content and marketing strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Take ownership of our organic social media accounts, creating compelling and engaging content across all platforms mainly Instagram and TikTok
Growth Strategies: Use your industry knowledge and experience to grow our organic audiences and deliver viral engagement.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone of voice tailored for each social channel.
Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing growth strategies including lead generation, campaigns, competitions, and promotions.
Platform Opportunities: Identify new platform opportunities and content streams to enhance brand awareness and reach.
Influencer Management: Manage influencer activities and create engaging content for organic and paid channels.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Agency Coordination: Liaise with external agencies to coordinate marketing activities, content, and campaigns.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for trending news and ideas, and track performance.
Creative Assets: Collaborate with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce relevant creative assets for all organic platforms.
Email Marketing: Assist the wider team with email marketing campaigns.
Campaign Planning: Assist the wider team with campaign and promotional planning.

Requirements

A degree or equivalent in marketing or social media.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail industry.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Passion for social media and knowledge of current trends.

Strong content creation skills with a keen eye for design and detail.

Driven, proactive, and passionate about learning and development.

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience with Klaviyo, MailChimp, or similar platforms is beneficial.

Experience with Shopify collabs or affiliate networks is beneficial.
