THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Implement a customer loyalty program and grow out the loyalty customer base
- Optimise and deploy the loyalty benefits associated with the loyalty strategy
- Build and execute loyalty campaigns across multiple channels
- Work with the analytics team to define loyalty KPIs and measure customer segment performance and identify improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Loyalty experience
- Previous experience from a highstreet retailer would be a nice to have but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Able to execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels
