Lead Technical Recruiter (RPO)

We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of technical markets and a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates in niche roles. As a Lead Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of understanding client requirements and ensuring a sufficient talent pool of high-calibre candidates is available.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Utilise specialist knowledge to source, engage, and place top talent in specialised technical roles.
  • Create compelling job advertisements that align with client brand guidelines.
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract candidates for niche roles using various platforms.
  • Ensure candidates are progressed from application to offer stage efficiently and in line with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, effectively communicating recruitment challenges and proposing strategic solutions.
  • Understand and utilise labour market insights to produce reports and benchmark roles, aiding clients in talent acquisition strategy.
  • Manage candidate data accurately and ensure compliance with relevant processes.
  • Headhunt senior talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter with specialist knowledge in technical markets.
  • Strong candidate sourcing ability and strategic approach to filling niche, hard-to-fill roles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to propose effective recruitment solutions.
  • High IT literacy with proficiency across multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment market challenges and outsourced recruitment solutions.
  • Flexible, open, and positive approach to different assignments.
  • Experience with government departments or similar entities is desirable.
  • Relevant recruitment qualifications (e.g., CIPD, AIRS) are advantageous but not essential.
