Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 basic with potential earnings of up to £50,000 OTE

As part of a thriving, multi-office estate agency, you will lead our busy office and drive growth in the local market.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a dominant market share in the area
- Drive revenue maximisation and expand the property portfolio
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Ensure branch profitability by meeting financial targets
- Manage team performance effectively, implement action plans, and achieve results Requirements:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency and a strong customer service background
- Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious targets
