Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Debtors are chased and pay in line with agreed schedule.
- Carry out a monthly duplication check.
- Review of Customer credit Limits.
- Produce projects Invoicing for Multiple entities.
- Produce Service Invoicing for Multiple entities.
- Load invoices to portals for Multiple entities.
- Input Creditor Invoices on to sage.
- Deal with Creditor enquiries.
- Produce a Subcontractor payment list for approval.
- Prepare a monthly payment schedule for payment approval and make Payments.
- Ensure regular Direct debits are checked.
- Rent, rates, insurances are accounted for.
- Carry out a monthly duplicate check.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience within both Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Understand Business Accounts knowledge of Sage Line 50 preferred not essential.
- Ability to work on your own without supervision and as part of small team.
- Excellent numeracy skills & accuracy of input.
- Ability to spot financial discrepancies.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- The ability to work with initiative and confidence.
