Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a bold design vision, aligning with business objectives and product strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing products.
- Collaborate with product management and tech leaders to define product strategy and prioritise initiatives.
- Advocate for a user-centric design approach, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
- Utilise user research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency and coherence.
- Champion design value, build consensus, and advocate for best practices throughout the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Experience and Key Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior product management role
- Proficient in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and service blueprinting.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to align service design with business goals and user needs.
- Ensure the service is implemented as designed and monitor post-launch performance for continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership, design skills, and methodology. Enthusiastic, committed, reliable, proactive, excellent communicator, and a strong team player.
- Adaptable, tenacious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced growth environment.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be in the office three days per week. The company has free onsite parking.
The role is offering a basic salary up to £100k.
