IT Support Analyst
Henderson Scott have partnered up with a UK based business that have multiple offices throughout Scotland. Due to the increase in business demands, we are supporting in adding an IT Support Analyst to the team.
Please Note: Due to location, you MUST have a full drivers licence to be considered for the role.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrated success in providing comprehensive IT support.
- Exceptional ability to notice and address issues that others might overlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset, willing to assist colleagues and seek help when needed.
- Enthusiasm for technology, staying informed on the latest advancements and solutions relevant to the business, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent skills in engaging and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
- Proactive and autonomous, yet effective in a team environment.
- Expertise with Active Directory and related technologies such as Group Policy.
- Proficiency in managing physical infrastructure, including servers, SANs, and switches.
- Competency in SharePoint administration (desirable)
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies: Office 365, OneDrive, Azure, and Intune.
- Understanding of Cyber Essentials security accreditation standards.
