I am recruiting for a Marketing agency in Kent who are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join their thriving team. The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing the company's relationships with its clients. They are the key point of contact between the company and its clients and coordinate the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and ensure they are being met.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that meet the client's goals and budget.

Reporting: Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights to clients.

Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as creative, digital, and PR to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and support new business efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role within a marketing agency or department.

Strong understanding of the marketing industry, including digital and traditional marketing channels.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The role of Marketing Account Manager will be a hybrid position but you must have access to a car so that you can drive to clients if need be.
