MKM - Hull Central Support Team are looking for an EXPERIENCED SCRUM MASTER - (£45k-£60k depending on experience + Performance related bonus.)

This role will be full time working 40 hours a week and will ideally be a hybrid position working from our Central Support office on Stoneferry Road in Hull - 3 days a week. There is however flexibility for remote working in the UK if not from the Hull or the surrounding area.

  • Working with a team in differing geographical locations.
  • Building strong working relationships.
  • Motivating and inspiring teams.
  • Removing impediments to development.
  • Encouraging key values of respect, transparency, inspection, adaption, and inclusion.

We'd also like to see your previous experience and skills include:

  • Proven track record of leading scrum teams in a technology delivery environment.
  • Experience of working in Agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean SD, XP, DSDM.
  • Experience of using Jira or similar flexible development management.
  • Proven stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to drive a diverse team forward with differing people management techniques.
  • Ecommerce experience would be advantageous.
  • Budget management and understanding would be beneficial.
