Description

  • Lead the talent acquisition team, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talents
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations
  • Manage and optimise the use of recruitment systems and platforms
  • Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Profile

A successful Head of TA should have:

  • Experience leading a talent acquisition team
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and platforms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
