Interim Head of Insights & Analytics (Research Director) - Non Profit Organisation(client side)

Posted by Resources Group Recruitment Limited.

c. £80 - 90,000 (12 - 14 months maternity cover); London/Hybrid

Amazing maternity cover opportunity for a Head of Insights (Research Director) to take on a primary delivery and leadership role a hugely influential non-profit group promoting sustainability!

You'll take on leadership responsibilities in the Insight & Analytics Team which almost acts as an internal research/insights agency for the rest of the organisation, oversee wide ranging insights & analytics studies, and be the primary deliverer of key findings to internal/external stakeholders and partner organisations. The Insight Team's objective is to ensure the organisation's long-term strategy is planned and grounded in the best possible understanding of target audiences, consumer behaviour and cutting-edge marketing science.

As Interim Head of Insights & Analytics, you'll work closely with Insight Managers and Insight Executives to deliver consumer insight etc via continuous and ad hoc projects. You'll oversee the team whose activity includes entire the project cycle re briefing new research projects, project managing new and existing studies, and reporting findings of research projects to stakeholders etc (where you'll play a 'mission critical' part yourself). This will involve both quantitative (the majority) and qualitative studies.

Ideally you'll probably be a Head of Insight/Research Director equivalent from (at some point in your career) an agency/insights consultancy with strong storytelling/presentation skills, plus be a creative, innovative and inspirational mentor and leader. You'll be both strategic and 'hands on', have the gravitas re key insights delivery to a range of audiences, and be able to impart the power of insights overall. You'll be someone who can step into a key role such as this relatively seamlessly for the duration of the contract, and have the confidence to bring your own significant expertise and skills to a great team that's involved in such truly enlightening projects.

This is a great move client side where what you do will have impact, and will matter! Furthermore, it's a lovely organisation dedicated to a sustainability led cause we're all increasingly mindful of, and promotes a strong culture of diversity and inclusion all the way through it, thus encouraging a diverse range of applicants be considered to fulfil this integral senior role (ideally starting later this year in order to facilitate some handover too).
