Your role as an Audit Senior:
- Offering a split of 90% Audit and 10% Accounts, you will be working directly with the senior members of staff to ensure that audits are correctly lead from planning through to completion.
- Preparation of statutory accounts and consolidated accounts under FRS 102, IFRS and FRS 101.
- You will project manage the audit process, whilst liaising with clients and keeping them informed on progress.
- You will suggest and create recommendations for improvements following audit fieldwork.
- Supervise the junior members of the team and provide training on technical audit and accounting issues.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be ACA/ACCA Qualified or a finalist.
- A minimum of 2.5 years' experience within a similar sized or larger UK accountancy practice.
- Existing knowledge of CCH, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero etc would be desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior members of the team,
