Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Analyst:
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Providing advice and guidance on compliance issues
- Assisting with regulatory reporting
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations
Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Analyst role:
- Experience working in a compliance role within Financial Services
- Excellent knowledge of FCA regulations and legislation (Insurance or Pensions would be beneficial)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant compliance qualifications (e.g. ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance)
