Courier Responsibilities:
- Dropping of and collecting parcels and packages
- Following specific Route planning to optimise efficiency and ensure parcels are delivered on time.
- Ensuring accurate delivery
- Ensuring that delivery items remain undamaged
- Obtaining confirmation of each delivery.
- Communicating with other couriers and the transport and planning team
- Maintaining records of deliveries.
Courier Requirements:
- Driving licence.
- Safe and conscientious driving skills.
- Familiarity using GPS or good geographical knowledge .
- Self-motivated.
- Customer service and communication skills.
