Grafton Banks Finance is working with a market leading multinational business to recruit a new Finance Business Partner role.
As a trusted partner to business stakeholders this role will be pivotal in steering the businesses commercial strategies towards success.
We are looking for a qualified accountant with PQE experience in FP&A and/ or business partnering and strong commercial acumen. Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential, and you'll ideally have experience working in large businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business units to support and lead various touchpoints along the customer journey, balancing resource allocation and providing critical financial insights.
- Drive the commercial strategy, advising on business planning, opportunity prioritization, and revenue generation innovations.
- Monitor financial metrics to ensure targets are met, advising on deviations and corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in creating new business models, quantifying value, and ensuring pricing transparency.
- Actively engage in crafting sustainable commercial deals by evaluating risks, considering competitive assumptions, and implementing effective pricing strategies.
Salary range for this role is £65,000 – 75,000 + benefits including healthcare, excellent pension, 25 days holiday. The role is hybrid working with 1-2 days expected in the clients Burgess Hill offices per week.
