The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cybersecurity)
- Oversee daily IT operations and IT projects
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with departments to understand IT needs and develop solutions
- Establish and enforce IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
- Monitor and analyse IT infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards
- Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget
Your Profile
As my client is seeking a driven and experienced IT professional to oversee and manage their IT infrastructure across the UK, Germany, and the US - you will need to have at least 4 years experience in an all round, top to bottom IT role.
They will need a strategic thinker with a strong technical background to drive high performance and efficiency within the business. You will also need to be a strategic thinker how is proactive and seeks to solve problems.

- Competitive salary of £45-£50k depending on experience
