Our client is a large and growing property business based in central London. They are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join a team of training professionals based around the UK. They offer a blended approach with digital, virtual and face-to-face training. Some of what they do is technical, but all of it has a strong people element.
Description
This is a newly created position, so there is an opportunity to make it your own. You would be based in our London office designing and leading training on-line and in person around the UK.
- Design and deliver learning interventions rich in sector knowledge and understanding that builds skills and confidence required to build customer relationships.
- Build a close working relationship with our Senior Leadership team.
- Experience in presenting and facilitating.
- Proficiency in MS office suite.
- Keep up to date with property industry trends, issues and focus areas.
- Use a variety of methods to engage with employees from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.
- Design interactive training using the most up-to-date methods and models.
- Analyse the needs of colleagues and develop innovative training solutions.

Job Offer
