About our Client: Our client are a well known brand who supply a range of tech accessories to the independent retail & forecourt division. Well known for their high quality yet affordable products. Established over 10 years ago our client currently supplies to over 10,000 retailers across the UK. The Roles & Responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative:

  • You would be responsible for a geographical area within the East Midlands, managing accounts on a multiple weekly cycle.
  • Visiting existing retailers within your territory.
  • Merchandising stock - Upselling and cross-selling - all products are Sale Or exchange.
  • Journey Planning & reporting.
  • Tidying up stands within the stores.
  • The Field Sales Representative must be happy to drive a van, which will be your responsibility for keeping it at your home/road.
  • Stock will be delivered from head office so you will not be required to carry out deliveries or be lifting any heavy goods.

Ideal Candidate of the Field Sales Representative:

  • Experience working in a convenience store or retail store at a Management/Senior/Team Leader level or working within a Driving role.
  • Experience working in merchandising or FMCG Sales (Desirable not essential).
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience working in a role with KPI's or Sales.
  • Ambitious with a great outgoing personality.
  • The rest of it can be taught on the role.

Salary - £24,439 + additional commission.
Monthly uncapped commission - generated through up-selling and cross-selling products
