Job Title: Corporate Compliance Assurance Manager
Location: Based in Bristol with regular UK travel and occasional travel within Europe a few times a year. (Hybrid Working)

Role Summary:
As a Corporate Compliance Assurance Manager, you will drive corporate compliance in key risk areas, including fraud, bribery, data protection, export controls, sanctions, and modern slavery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks in areas like GDPR, anti-bribery, and competition law.
- Represent Legal & Compliance in monthly meetings, collaborating with technical teams to drive compliance.
- Write and present board papers on compliance topics and provide regulatory advice.
- Conduct compliance audits, manage procedures, deliver training, and address emerging issues.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance obligations are met.
- Promote a culture of compliance aligned with the company's environmental and ethical values.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience in legal and regulatory compliance, including export controls, data protection, and competition law.
- Background in setting up compliance functions in regulated industries like construction, energy, or financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with legal concepts and providing regulatory guidance.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
