Day to Day Duties
- Staff Engagement, interaction and support.
- Assessments & Induction for new hires
- Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising
- Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity on-site
- Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters
- Supporting site Account Manager with collation of data for review meetings
- Developing a strong working relationship at all levels
- This role may include covering multiple sites, a driving license and own transport is advantageous
Essential Skills
- Must have strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel
- Be able to work in a high pressure environment.
Desirable Skills
- You'll be supporting our client's busy operation so experience of recruitment in warehouse and industrial sectors would be beneficial
- We would also consider applications from applicants with experience in Team Leader/Supervisory/Management roles within a warehouse environment.
