We're looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic team and ensure the smooth handling of customer shipments from booking's to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and proactively track PODs (Proof of Deliveries) to ensure timely delivery
- Investigate and resolve misrouted or lost shipments
- Handle all incoming customer calls with confidence and professionalism
- Accurately complete daily and monthly logistics and service reports
- Make bookings using our in-house systems efficiently
- Address customer queries or direct them to appropriate departments promptly
- Liaise with domestic and international agents and managers to ensure shipment updates are communicated to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients
- Assist in the coordination and execution of distribution projects as needed
- Provide accurate quotations to clients and source special service options when required
- Understand and advise on key customs procedures and export requirements
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience in logistics, freight, or a similar operations-focused environment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Confident using internal systems and reporting tools
- A team player with initiative and attention to detail
- Knowledge of international shipping processes and customs requirements (preferred)
