Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic team and ensure the smooth handling of customer shipments from booking's to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and proactively track PODs (Proof of Deliveries) to ensure timely delivery
  • Investigate and resolve misrouted or lost shipments
  • Handle all incoming customer calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Accurately complete daily and monthly logistics and service reports
  • Make bookings using our in-house systems efficiently
  • Address customer queries or direct them to appropriate departments promptly
  • Liaise with domestic and international agents and managers to ensure shipment updates are communicated to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of distribution projects as needed
  • Provide accurate quotations to clients and source special service options when required
  • Understand and advise on key customs procedures and export requirements

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in logistics, freight, or a similar operations-focused environment
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Confident using internal systems and reporting tools
  • A team player with initiative and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of international shipping processes and customs requirements (preferred)
