VAT Director - Nationwide
£90,000 plus excellent benefits
We are currently working with a major 30 accountancy group who are looking to appoint a new VAT Associate Director for their growing team.
The role requires an influential leader and VAT expert who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and who can deliver for the business and for clients. Ideally you will be able to:
- Hold responsibility for a portfolio of client relationships to ensure and manage the best possible value, advice and quality.
- Provide industry leading VAT insights, solutions and advice to build the firm's reputation and client base.
- Promote the products, services and image of the firm in order to generate new business opportunities and enhance the reputation of the firm.
- Recruit, develop and manage a high performing team who deliver a great service to clients and meet their objectives.
- Create a high performing culture where people live the vision, mission and values and take action to improve if not.
You'll work on clients both nationally and locally and be excited about playing a real part of the firm's ongoing success. You'll need to have UK VAT consulting experience and be excited about building out this practice.
