Resolute Recruitment are currently recruiting a service engineer for one of our most established clients based in Warwick.
Service Engineer - The Role:
- Carry out service-related tasks and activities, workshop based and on site as required.
- Supervision of seal and system installation on site from time to time, including offshore platforms.
- Carry out preventative maintenance on all workshop equipment.
- Assist with the development of service centre activities to ensure that customer service is always of the highest achievable standard.
- Maintain computerised customer records.
- Carry out warehouse, goods inward and despatch duties as required.
- Participate in customer training programs if required.
- Ensure that general housekeeping within the workshop area is of the highest achievable standard.
- Recommend methods by which processes can be managed efficiently by the entire company to improve the workload and throughput.
- Carry out duties and ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, company regulations & procedures, plus ISO Quality standards.
- Any other duties reasonably required or commensurate with the post.
Service Engineer - Salary:
£31,000 - £35,000 PA depending on experience.
Service Engineer - Hours:
37.5 hours weekly.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 16:00.
You will be entitled to 25 Days holiday per year plus bank holidays.

Service Engineer - Requirements:
- Proven previous experience essential.
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship and a HNC in mechanical engineering.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments.
- Ability to read/work from engineering drawings is essential.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills.
