Title: Lettings Administrator
Location: Harrogate Town Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Are you looking for a role within the property sector? We are recruiting for a well organised facilities coordinator to join our client based in Harrogate Town Center. You'll be working within a small team ensuring all properties are being run correctly and organising contractors for any work needed.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with client queries via phone and email
- Manage repair/project work on properties through to completion
- Update clients on any delays
- Dealing with 3rd party contractors and suppliers
- Work regularly with the accounts, plus adhoc holiday cover (training provided)
- Helping with monthly reporting
- Ensuring annual checks are completed
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, desired but not essential
- Customer Service and Admin skills
- Experience in a fast-paced role
- IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
