Job Title: Quantity Surveyor- Civils & Groundworks

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control exercises.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Prepare and analyse costings for tenders and contracts.
- Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, managing any variations or changes.
- Prepare and submit final accounts.
- Liaise with project managers, site managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably within civils and groundworks.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field is preferred.
