Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our client's team. The role involves the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of our diverse fleet, including buses, vans, and coaches. Day to Day of the Role:
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose faults in company vehicles using relevant diagnostic equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repair work on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all operations meet high-quality standards.
- Road test company vehicles to ensure repairs and maintenance are effective (licence required or training provided).
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out on vehicles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- City and Guilds, Level 3 NVQ, or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge and experience in vehicle repairs and maintenance procedures, ideally with HGV, PCV, or buses.
- Full driving licence, with the ability to road test vehicles.
- At least 1 year of experience in PCV/HGV mechanical work.
