- ARB registered
- Proficient with Autocad
- Good knowledge of with Revit
- Experience with Contract Administrator role for JCT contracts
- Experience with CDM Principal Designer role
- Experience with listed building/conservation projects
- Good knowledge of construction details (RIBA Stage 4) and preparation of contract documents
- Good knowledge of building regulations
