Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Complex Care Nurse to provide specialized care for CG, a 29-year-old female with specific medical needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex care requirements and will be responsible for delivering personalized, compassionate, and effective care.
Key Responsibilities: Enteral Feeding: Administer Enteral RIG/PEG/MicKey Bolus and Enteral-RIG/PEG/J/MicKey pump feedings. Tracheostomy Care: Perform tracheal suctioning, routine tracheostomy care, and emergency tracheostomy resuscitation.. Ventilation via Tracheostomy: Manage ventilation support via tracheostomy.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration.
- Experience: Proven experience in complex care nursing, particularly in the competencies listed above.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
