This is a great opportunity for an experienced Personal Shopper or Stylist looking to progress their career with a well-established and well-respected organisation.

As a Personal Shopper, you will need to ensure you're delivering a high quality of customer service to all clients and continually seeking to expand your client list, whilst partnering with brands to assist in increasing their sales.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Personal Shopper include:

  • Bringing and developing your own personal shopping client base by nurturing existing clients, introducing new clients and supporting colleagues as well as getting referrals
  • Work towards both your individual sales targets and the wider business KPI's
  • Participate in and organise VIP visits
  • Deliver an exceptional service using personal recommendations, demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client's style and requirements
  • Find ways to build loyal client relationships and increase client spend by understanding their needs and upselling
  • To create and nurture opportunities for collaboration
  • Be proactive in staying ahead with fashion trends and the luxury fashion industry
  • Maintain accurate and clear client profiles in salesforce and ensure all activity is accurately and correctly recorded
  • Build close relationships with the brands by visiting the stores
  • Attend brand training sessions to continually increase their brand/product knowledge
  • Act as an ambassador in the business to represent Personal Shopping and the service level offered

Profile

The successful Personal Shopper will have:

  • A strong background and level of experience working for a luxury retail brand
  • Previous personal shopping or stylist experience
  • Thorough knowledge of current international fashion trends, designers and products
  • Confident using social media to support client contact and increasing sales
  • Has a strong network and an existing client list "Black Book"
  • Ability to network and build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Be passionate about luxury fashion and providing excellent customer service
