, which is looking to expand its property team. They are searching for a talented
Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor
with
3+ years PQE
to join their growing and dynamic team.
About the Role:
As part of this role, you will be managing a diverse range of property transactions for a broad client base, including individuals, businesses, investors, and developers. The work will involve:
Residential Property:
- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Managing new build purchases and shared ownership transactions.
- Providing expert advice on transfer of equity, lease extensions, and unregistered properties.
- Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth completions.
Commercial Property:
- Advising on sales, acquisitions, and leases of commercial premises for a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Managing development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals.
- Handling property finance, including refinancing, secured lending, and asset management.
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases, licenses, and other agreements related to commercial property transactions.

- At least 3 years PQE in residential and commercial property law, with a proven ability to manage a varied caseload.
