£55,000 plus excellent benefits

HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join a HR team for our client based in Bracknell, Berkshire. Reporting into the Head of HR you will manage a support base of c200 colleagues. The role is hybrid with the opportunity to work from home 3 days per week.

This UK role, will work with the senior management and European HR teams to fully understand the key business drivers and needs. The aim is to develop and facilitate successful business performance.

The role involves relationship management and you will contribute to and develop organisation structures. You will also be fully engaged in all aspects of people change management and will enable your business with people plans and strategies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the HR agenda for client areas, managing a range of annualised HR programmes.
  • Drive initiatives to improve engagement, employee relations, recruitment, organisation redesign and people development for client groups
  • Provide employee relations advice and act as a lead for client areas
  • Take the lead for recruitment for client areas. Working with HR Advisor to manage the recruitment process through to offer
  • Keep updated with the latest trends/innovations within HR to make recommendations and promote initiatives.
  • Develop HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and undertake project work as required
  • To work with client areas to support and develop DEI initiatives
  • To continually review and improve HR processes and services

Person Specification

  • Previous HR Business Partner/Generalist experience ideally in a shared services operation
  • Experience of managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrable capability to support and make decisions based on strong commercial requirements
  • Good facilitation, coaching, communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • A self-starter able to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitative communication style
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability and good attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative and proactive in their approach
  • Tenacious

In return you will receive a salary of between £50,000-£55,000 plus excellent benefits.
