We have a great opportunity working as a Sales Support Administrator for my client based in Bristol, this is a hybrid position and a role that will offer a varied role on a day-to-day basis. The role is primarily focusing on managing the order desk, contacting, and developing relationships with existing customers and to identify sales opportunities.

Role

  • Processing customers' orders
  • Generate monthly order, warranty and stock reports
  • Plan and coordinate customer events
  • Manage freight bookings
  • Create and amend part numbers
  • Deal with all inbound sales enquires
  • Build relationships with dealerships, customers and stakeholders
  • Update customers with the latest product incentives and promotions

You will need the below to be considered

  • Sales or Account Manager experience within manufacturing
  • Order processing experience
  • Working in a target driven environment
  • Great communication skills are essential and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • You will need to be competent in using Word, Excel and using company systems.
  • SAP experience
  • Detail oriented and a quick learner

Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Mon-Thurs, 08:30 - 16:30 Fri - 1 hour lunch break
