Product Administrator

  • Job Type: Part-time, Fixed-Term Contract (4-6 weeks)
  • Location: Enderby Head Office (3 days a week)
  • Salary: £11.44 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Product Administrator to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, be highly organised with an eye for detail, and possess excellent time management and communication skills.

Day to day of the role:

  • Support the team with post room duties, including managing deliveries of samples and similar items.
  • Prepare and set up rooms for meetings and product selections.
  • Manage weekly product intake with support from the Assistant Merchandiser.
  • Ensure Point of Sale (POS) materials are available for suppliers to order.
  • Conduct monthly housekeeping within the department to maintain organisation and efficiency.
  • Occasionally support a variety of computer-based tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as post room duties and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is beneficial.
  • Strong IT skills to support various tasks.
