Bennett and Game are currently on the lookout for a skilled Senior Electronics Design Engineer for our client based near to Crewe, who work within the radio mass spectrometers industry of engineering.
Senior Electronics Design Engineer Job Overview
- Specification, simulation and productionisation of electronic hardware.
- Meeting mission and time critical deadlines for product delivery.
- Assisting specification and delivery of new product development.
- Working in the development team as a Design engineer, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to specify and deliver a range of key objectives to support and develop the company's products.
Senior Electronics Design Engineer Job Requirements
- Honours degree in Electronics or a related scientific discipline.
- Extensive practical experience of electronics design using analogue, FPGAs, microcontrollers and associated firmware.
- Experience of; low noise systems, analogue circuit design, high voltage power supply design and switching circuits.
- Ability to design complex multilayer surface-mount PCBs for low noise and high voltage.
- Programming in; C, C++, C#.
- Experience of product validation and certification for international markets (CE, UL, etc).
- Experience of PCB schematic capture and PCB layout - ideally Altium Designer.
- Based within a commutable distance of Crewe.
- Full UK driving licence is preferable.
Senior Electronics Design Engineer Salary & Benefits
- Salary - £55,000 to £75,000 - very dependent upon, skill, experience and qualifications.
- 36 hour working week - Monday to Friday - with flexible hour benefits.
- Company pension scheme - 10% pension contribution (conditional).
- Holiday package - 25 days plus bank holidays.
