Enable are partnered with a world leading Loss Adjusting Firm who are looking for a Motor Claims Handler for their Liverpool or Leeds office. You will have experience in RTA, PI, or Motor Claims. On a daily basis you will manage a portfolio of complex claims investigations cradle to grave including actioning internal loss adjusters, stakeholder updating and policy coverage review/consultation.
What you'll be doing?
- Servicing Motor and RTA claims alongside field based surveyors and field engineers.
- Review and manage policyholder cover disputes to suitable outcomes.
- Negotiate settlement of claims ensuring correct action is taken at a value of upto 100k.
- Assist in the management of pre litigation of claims.
- Handle all claims in accordance with compliance and procedure.
- As a brand ambassador and technical claims expert offer industry leading customer service.
