Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for procurement and administration? We are looking for a proactive and reliable Part-Time Purchasing Administrator to join our growing client in Newbury offering a salary of 24k per annum and flexible working hours!

In this role, you'll handle key procurement tasks, support administrative functions, and collaborate with colleagues across departments and international offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring the smooth flow of purchasing processes. Full training is provided - however, previous experience in an administrative role is absolutely essential.

As the Purchasing Administrator, you will enjoy the following:

As the Purchasing Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle procurement tasks, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
  • Matching to PO's
  • Posting Purchase Ledger invoices/credit notes
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update ERP systems

Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a candidate with preferably 1 year minimum of administration or purchasing experience and a familiarity with ERP systems. Proficiency in MS Office, especially SharePoint, Word, and Excel, is essential. The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication skills.
