Dunbar Education is actively recruiting passionate SEN Teachers for our esteemed partner schools in the Milton Keynes area. This is an exciting opportunity to join vibrant educational environments dedicated to nurturing the learning and development of students with special educational needs.

Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Temporary, Full-time
Salary: £130 - £180
Start Date: September 2024

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and fellow teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to the overall progress of students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN, ideally within a UK school setting.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
