SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Central London - 100% Office Based

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a dedicated Wellbeing Manager / Health and Wellness Fitness Coach who has a passion for promoting health and wellness within the workplace, a professional fitness certification and exceptional communication and management skills.

Working as the Wellbeing Manager / Health and Wellness Fitness Coach you will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance the overall wellbeing of the building employees.

As the Wellbeing Manager / Health and Wellness Fitness Coach you will have a proven track record in the fitness industry and will be able to ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Wellbeing Manager / Health and Wellness Fitness Coach will include:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness centre and studio, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for members
  • Manage and mentor gym staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Coordinate personal training sessions and gym appointments to meet the diverse needs of clientele
  • Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives to drive membership growth and engagement
  • Organise and execute health and member events, promoting a holistic approach to wellbeing
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure facility
  • Manage treatment rooms and therapists

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional fitness certifications are essential
  • A valid first aid qualification
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and management skills
  • A proven track record in the fitness industry
  • Strong time management abilities and a proactive approach to responsibilities
