- Dealing with emails from the purchasing department
- Uploading invoices
- Dealing with invoice queries,
Match delivery invoices to ensure payments are issued correctly.
- Issuing customer invoices
- Managing and maintaining a client data base
- Taking card payments
- Processing payments
- Prepare bank reconciliations
