Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting candidates for our clients in the energy, renewables, insurance, and financial services sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and clients alike.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and assisting in the creation of proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide informed advice and become an expert in your market.

What We're Looking For:

  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for recruitment and the energy, renewables, insurance, and financial services sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
