Team Assistant

A successful executive search firm is looking for a Team Assistant to join them for a 9-month contract, which could potentially be extended. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in an administrative role, or someone looking to return to the workforce.

The role is in office full-time, which are based in the heart of the West End. Salary is £30,000-£35,000 (pro rata), depending on experience. Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm.

Who you are:

  • Strong eye for detail
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Confident using MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and autonomously
  • Approachable, personable, friendly

What you'll do:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and suppliers
  • Answering external telephone calls and fielding them appropriately
  • Typing/formatting CVs
  • Scanning candidate notes to the database
  • Printing and amending PowerPoint presentations
  • Ad hoc duties to support the team
  • Cover for other Assistants when they are off
